Soul Structure's final outing is three tracks that were originally recorded during the session for the first LP the band put out and were mooted for a split with Shonen Bat. I reckon the songs here are a little closer in sound to Soul Structure's recent full length "Sacred Commons" though. Although it's with lower levels of desperation, it's Sinaloa I think of as the opener "Public Health" kicks in with vocals that hover between spoken and sung. The title track, meanwhile, mixes shades of Bob Tilton's latter days in its melancholy restraint, along with something more repetitious. The last song on here is an instrumental called "untitled" and is quite brilliant. Another band disappears too soon.
