A horrible hack

Calling one song 'Despair' and the other 'Reassurance' seems to conceptually position this as a mocking call and response to the derisory state of the modern human condition. Sonically, too, this hypothesis works, with the band playing tumultuous, mentally fragile hardcore that draws on Void, B'last! and United Mutation while fitting in well with current-day horrorshows like Private Room or Latishia's Skull Drawing. Nasty, spiteful and harmful as it all is, though, it's all a bit short – an LP would certainly be most welcome.
