A brief blast of late 80s hardcore which taps into the odd, numinous, untamed quality that so many of the best Japanese punk acts seem to channel. Despite there being precious little here – four tracks from a flexi and one from a comp – there's so much exuberant energy that you can't possibly feel swizzed, the ragged riffing, urgent vocals and lean composition tearing a fresh hole in your head each time the needle drops. Alongside the music you get a neat booklet featuring liner notes from drummer Tatsuo (later of Raise Cain) and photos of the band looking amiably gawky, making this an absolute winner all-round.
