Jumpy garage rock played through a smudgy indie filter. The songs are neatly put together and punchily played, sitting somewhere between the hazy alt rock of Swervedriver, early 00s CBGB worship, Kids In America-style pop and a very current awareness of how much the modern world is bollocksing our mental health. While far from earth-rattling it's easy enough to rub along with, ultimately leaving you with the vague sense that you might once have been trapped in the opening credits of an amiably snarky US sitcom.
