Nasty, but then I'd expect nothing less. The long-running CODC may not be the fastest, loudest or harshest grind-metal kids on the block any more, but I couldn't give a shit because there's always that innate pervading sense of pure malevolence to everything they do. They're not averse to really slamming the brakes on, as if they're playing grind riffs dead slow, and then following it up with stoner riffs played as fast as their bodies can take it, coupled with some absolutely obscene downtuning. Chuck in some noise tracks and an Hideous Mangleus cover (no, me neither) and you've basically more of their trademark rough-and-ready, horrible-sounding, grind metal motherfuckery!
