What do you reckon you'd get if you put three-quarters of Ripcord in a confined space, shook 'em violently and then stood well back? Yeah, doesn't take the world's brightest spark to figure it out does it: raging fucking hardcore. Truth be told we're not a million miles away from 'Poetic Justice' territory here, albeit with some of the more youthful exuberances reined in and the songwriting chops tidied up around the edges. It's brisk, to the point and doesn't hang a-fucking-bout, conjuring the ghosts of SSD and Negative Approach while the occasional melodic lead stands out like a sheen of fresh polish on the hobnailed boot that kicks the fucking teeth out yer head. Get in!
