While I have an innate distrust for bands staffed by people who can accurately replicate any given sound or style, this is a decent release and one I kinda regret overlooking when it first did the distro rounds. It's a simple enough concoction - 10 songs of bullyboy, boots n' braces, 80s-aping hc which draws from SSD and Negatives Approach and FX - but played with conviction and dirtily scuffed up around the edges. Tracks like 'Brain Rot' and 'No Loss' make for pretty rousing stuff, and if 'Truncheon-tro / Last Mistake' gets a bit oi-oi-saveloy it's at least forgivable in the wider scheme of things. An enjoyable kick in the neck, basically.
