Interesting to receive this before the sophomore release. And more interesting to hear the end product as once upon a time, before the likes of Kazaa and Soulseek, and we were then parading on Napster, I had a couple of tunes from this record but all without the vocals. It's kinda like the picture of the headless bride on the front cover of the record.

Now, the introductory music is quite similar to the opener of the 'As You Sow So Shall You Reap' LP but this one has a more eerie and spooky air around it before once again bursting into super extreme intense mode. Sails in 'Dance Party' , my favouritest track on the record and if I could, I would've spun around and smashed my laptop against the wall but I'm not that mental yet. I remember the napster version having handclaps in it but I don't hear it now. Or maybe I was hearing things. 'Cokehead Metabolism' on side b seduces with R2D2 effects then dives into even more pulverizing moments. Twisting and contorting the listener, the keyboards are more dominant here. And just as you are about to be possessed, in true Femme Fatale tradition, it returns to the original eerie, spooky introductory air.
