Bent Outta Shape drift into things with a ponderous number called Hide Under Rust that trundles about for a bit without really doing much. Umm. Just as well for a simple sort like me that the next two offerings are nippy little things full to the gunwales with restless energy and snuffly melodies that really hit the melodic punk mark. Yum.
Seattle’s Snuggle plug away with some more punk rawk of the melodic variety and have for themselves a chunkier sound and a decidedly odd vocalist who sounds like some kind of deranged cartoon animal. Enjoyably odd and not at all bad, if given a severe working over by those Bent Outta Shape bullies over on the other side.
