Just picked this up (no mean feat considering how “heavy”” it is) and we’re already off to a good start what with the cover emblazoned with a properly illegible black-metal-esque logo. The music is similarly sweet. They come riding in somewhere between the galloping d-beat drumming and catchy riffs of a band like Tragedy coupled with the devastatingly thunderous heaviosity of Acme. For once we have lyrical content that backs this all up. Filled with directed rage at the establishment and particularly at religion this is rousing stuff indeed. The vocals are lower in the mix than they should perhaps be straining to be heard above the sheer weight of the music
