Labels: Touch & Go

Oooh, this is very nice, a bit pop for my damaged ears but lovely none the less. I’ve got a previous album and a 7″ too which were bloody good and very quirky, this Lp is still very good but not as weird and experimental. I’m not sure if I like that or not. It has a few stand out tracks for me like “equally damaged” and “for the damaged” but it’s all good, just no amazing songs like “distilled”, the other Lp I’ve got. I think this will get em a few “brit pop” fans too as I seemed to find a few Beatles moments (which I didn’t like!) and that worried me a little as I also found a bit of that on the most recent Blackheart Procession 7″, I’ll have a word with Touch and go! So basically to round up this album I’d say its a little different, maybe not as good (well, for me it isn’t) but you may like it that way! I’m still glad I bought it over that Morrisey record.
