Chicken hawk reminds me of a band from years back called Corrosion of Conformity. There are three songs on this record; tracks one and two are very similar except the hillbilly ending to track two. And track three sounds a tad like Iron Maiden with wobbly drums. I like the front cover; it’s a picture of a chicken in pants. I don’t like stickers on cds, stop doing it.
My mate Rich from Sunshine Republic saw them in Leeds when touring with the Illuminate 3 and said they were the most shit hot band he has seen in a while! … he does like Pantera tho …
