The long delayed EP from the now defunct Dropnose, and this doesn’t do much for me at all. I can’t deny that musically this is tight and well played but its also plagued by suspect (dual) vocals that really begin to grate by the third song. It also brings back memories of a scene infested by hordes of interchangable skate-punk bands, none of which were any good. Right now i’m trying to decide whether that glut of mediocre fat wreck wannabes was better or worse than the current horde of third rate emo-rock plagiarists. Somewhat dejectedly, I’d have to say it was.
