Friends Forever - Killball - LP (2003)

Labels: Load
Review by: Chris Bress

I’d read some stuff about this band in Vice, I think it said they played a load of gigs outside other bands gigs while the other bands were playing. Pretty fucking funny!!!

It kicks off with a real Melvins kind of noise rock feel which rocks the party and then the record goes totally all out crazzzeeee! The second track has an almost camp Marilyn Manson riff (but as it it was being played by Mens Recovery Project) which sounds amazing. Some of the songs are like total guitar based noise, not quite as brutal as Keiji Haino but fucking hard nonetheless.

I eat this shit up and I’d be very happy to see this band play a gig outside a Busted show.
