Kid With Man Head - Fond Memories Of The Halibut Rodeo - CD (2001)

Labels: Boss Tuneage
Review by: Mark Skold

I guess we’ve reached a point where all the good band and album names are taken, huh? Where ever these guys this weird name, I’m sure I’m better off being ignorant about.

Meet KWMH, a melodic poppy punk-rock band, brought to us by the good folks at Boss Tunage. This offering was partially mixed by corporate punk, Greg Graffin of Bad Religion, so I guess KWMH must have a certain amount of cred, right? Right.

Here’s 6 tracks of melodic goodness. Nothing groundbreaking, but I know we’ve all been guilty (innocent?) of listening to and appreciating such things so surely this one will fit. Not bad stuff. It’s fun, it’s upbeat, it sounds good, and must surely be worth a look in. In fact, yes it is worth a look in.
