Ok, last time I reviewed a record by these paragons of ROCK, a bunch of 9 year old boys all wrote comments beneath my review accusing me of various lewd and otherwise unrepeatable acts, and exceptionally bad taste in music. I did not deny any of the allegations. These 9 year old boys, who all have nothing better to do than type in their favourite bands name on Google and visit all 6 pages that mention their name then deliver a harangue to people who say less than complimentary things about said favourite band have caused me untold mental stress and depression since that review. I have had to go into drug rehab, have received regular counseling, have become an alcoholic and a smoker, attempted suicide 6 times, and at one time actually attempted to listen to the new Lowfive album “Emergency Disaster Kit”. This album consisted of 12 reasonably catchy and straightforward rock songs that at the time I enjoyed because I was hopped up on goofballs and it reminded me of being at the Waterfront and playing air guitar with my buddy Simon. If I was to listen to this album whilst not OUT OF MY FUCKING MIND I would probably cook it with a blowtorch or insert it into the rectum of a cow, but because I am high as kite, I am actually enjoying it and tapping my toe (I only have one, I cut the others off after reading one particularly BRUTAL comment from a 9 year old boy).
Rock on MTV2 Lowfive with your brand of elegantly catchy and unashamedly sub-Queens of the Stone Age guitar based music!!!!1111eleven!!!11
PS – This band are politcal, like the Beastie Boys and shit. DIY!!!!!!1111onehundredandeleven!
