Josh-Homme produced decent slightly weird rock. Although why anyone would want 3 versions of the same song is beyond me. There is a radio edit, a remix and the album version of the title track. Why? Possibly to fill out the CD, but there is like 30 seconds difference between the radio edit and the album version which as far as I can (be bothered to) work out, is an 30 second intro. Not quite sure why this section of the song isn’t ‘radio friendly’ actually. Anyway, Homme’s presence is noticeable here, on the other track especially (‘Messed Up & Beautiful’) which sounds quite similar to Queens of the Stone Age. The introduction especially. It has that similar lazy fuzzy guitar but unusual, interesting vocal parts. I actually quite like this track. The other track, all 3 VERSIONS OF IT, is less good. the remix is probably the best version, the others are fairly standard rock with some electro bits thrown in.
