On a whim I played the promo CDof this about three months ago and thought it was fucking incredible. I had never heard of him and just wanted to check it out as it was on Skam and some of their output is awesome.
Apparently this is a lot better than the material he’s produced in the past and I can agree with that as this is magic. If you’re a fan of Autechre, Aphex Twin and Gescom then this will be right up your street. Crunchy techno beats, dissected noise and some weird background noises all add to the sweetness of this ep.
If you get one record this month, make it this one.
