There is just something about Servo that you can’t help but love. Maybe its the unashamedly poppy music they consistently release. Or maybe its just because the music is really, really good.
Anyway, this latest 7″ contains four new tracks to get pretty much anyone smiling. Its all in a similar vein to the album; female vocals set to the tune of catchy pop-punk and drenched in a persistent guitar fuzz. Of the four tracks, ‘Sounds Like Summer’ is the strongest, and probably one of the best songs this band have written. The other three tracks maintain a consistently high quality and, yeah, they all sound pretty similar but then again they all sound great! Good stuff.
