Sounds like Busted and McFly have some serious competition from the melodic, harmony laden title track on this single. Of course, thisGirl are going for a slightly more mature audience with their “chugging” riffs that the Wildhearts sold them for 5p each. After you wade through the tedium of the first song, you are presented with the dreary attempt at snarling rock of the second (imagine if Hot Snakes wrote songs for 13 year olds and forgot to be good), and the hopeless wank of the 3rd one which had me farting in this CD’s general direction. Grunge is not dead! At least it isn’t in the minds of bollocks like thisGirl.
Fathers 4 Justice should smuggle this CD single into a condom stuffed with purple flour and throw it at Anthony Blair, PM.
