Slowdimes first non-American release – wayhey! This four song 12″ from Italy came as quite a surprise, the first tune kicks off with a definite Shellac / Bastro influenced direction which pleases me straight away. Three Second Kiss sound like they would be at home on a label like Quarterstick or Touch & Go, because they emulate that style so well. They have everything from the locked rhythm section to the subtle vocals and angular guitar lines. This was recorded at their practice space and the quality is good, although I don’t think it would have worked over the course of a whole LP. Anyways, if you like the Chicago stylings, pick this up, another good Slowdime release.
