They are asking for it with that title really aren’t they? I am going to have trouble making it through this CD I think, it will mostly be made up of whiney MTVmo bands. Adzuki are first, they are quite annoying. Lots of stolen Far riffs and vocals that I can’t tolerate. Twinkle bit! Far riff. And so it goes. Bad. Next up is Orca, ooh, these fellows seem to prefer a bit of sass with their Far riffs. Far crossed with At the Drive In! Has some fucking terrible metal vocals at one bit. It’s beyond bad. After that is one of the worst named bands ever, My Awesome Compilation (of Get Up Kids songs). Whiney vocals and Get Up Kidsian pop punk. Bad, yet irritatingly catchy. Then we have Dopamine who play fast pop punk crossed with the Foo Fighters. Again it is irritatingly catchy. Still bad though. Contains Far riffs! No surprise. Sounds a bit like Otherwise actually. Oh god this next band has this fucking dire funk intro that I am sure is ripped of INXS or something like that. OH MY FUCKING GOD. Some of the worst music I have ever been exposed to. Intraverse is their name. This is shocking. Days in December is NOT THE EMO BAND THAT HAD A SPLIT 7″ ON POLYVINYL. NAME STEALERS, GET YOUR OWN NAME. Oh jeezus. Imagine Jimmy Eat World crossed with the Deftones. Abysmal. What a concept. Saints alive. Kneehigh is from Norwich, I saw them play once, they play pop punk in a whiney fashion. Not good. Cooper Brown are next up and the best band on here so far. Melodic and pacey poppy punk that is fast and bouncy, stands out from the previous crowd by quite some. Back to the dirge with grungey rock from Shouting Myke, comparable to Creed. After that is Opium. Ropey fast pop punk with Far riffs. Tired. Driving on the Right play rock music and kind of sound a bit like Joyrider (blast from Collective’s past!). This is much better than almost every other song on here. Fireburns Children have a ska sound in the first 5 seconds. SKIPPED. Only two to go! Make that one, Without Cause are nu-metal so won’t waste my time. Oh, it’s the Attika State. I reviewed them on here not too long ago. Wasn’t my thing. I think this might be off it. Kind of melodic rock music of a sort. Sounds like a demo.

Well, the concept is nice “” some kids do a webzine and wants to promote the bands they like. Fair play! Too bad they like some shitty bands! Also, they thank God a bit much for my liking. I always thought of faith as an intensely personal thing, and I don’t think God digs MTVmo, he’d find it all a bit silly I expect. Still, best of luck with your endeavours with your zine you folks who put this out. I do think there should be a warning on the cover though “œWARNING: CONTAINS 64% FAR RIFFS!”.
