Xela are on the same label as Bauri, they sound like a mix of Bauri, Arovane, Lexaunculpt and the odd bit of Cex but probably would like to be seen as having other influences. There are parts on this record which sound very nice but there something about this record that doesn’t quite click with me. It should as it’s a style I like but I guess I’m overdosing on this sort of music and its having less of an effect. If you’re an electronica obsessive you’ll probably really enjoy it, if you like to dabble there are much better records to get first.
