First of all, don’t call your band “Spermbirds,” that’s the first thing.
Second of all, if you’ve been around since 1982, some of your members must be at least forty-five, so stop acting like you’re a seventeen year old from small town America whose dad won’t let him rock-out in the garage passed 9pm on a school night. It’s undignified.
Thirdly, the words “looking for black in a rainbow” are not meaningful, no matter how many times you shout them in a two and a half minute period.
And finally, don’t think that telling us how this record has been “six years in the making” is going to make us think it’s any good, because it isn’t.
