Antisocial noise-rock grief from out of Pennsylvania: think pre-melodic Floor, Unsane and an inevitable nod to the Brainbombs. ‘Poseidon’ takes its precious time to beat you roughly about the head while ‘Prick Of Misery’ (umm…) is for the most part a bit more lively, both tracks bringing together simple, grumble n’ thud riffs and vocals wrenched up from the pit of the stomach. You can’t deny the fact that it’s done well, but at the same time it’s also worryingly bearable – maybe a full album of similar filth might be a better test of our endurance?
