Labels: Iron Lung
Review by: David Giles
In patented Iron Lung Records style this EP falls just shy of the three minute mark. As always, regardless of my thoughts on it, I plain can’t justify stumping up postage from the US for two short songs. Nerveskade play raw, crusty noise punk that calls to mind Japan’s Confuse and contemporary “noisecore’ bands like Lebenden Toten (Nerveskade
are heavier and more driving) and Warning//Warning from France, who are a pretty close match to my ear. This is out-blown, distorted to infinity NOISE PUNK. Good. Shame its so short cos I’d feel like a dick recommending that folk splurge on just under three minutes of hardcore fucking noise.
