Four tracks of scratchy, scrappy Finnish punk recorded in ’82 and reissued here for our modern listening pleasure. It’s dirty, raw and the treble’s enough to make your goddamn gums bleed but, shit, that’s all part of the charm. Lead track ‘Lopettakaa!!’ is the clear killer here, with follow-up ‘En Halua Tehdä Itsemurhaa’ snapping rabidly at its heels and, while ‘Joku Valehtelee’ annoyingly seems to skip like shit on my copy, it’s at least the only middling track of the four and I still have the a-side to console me. Fans of bands like Appendix and Rattus have doubtless tracked down a copy already, and considering the original’s apparently limited to 200 copies, you at least stand a chance of tracking this latterday fucker down. Have at it, eh?
