This is like proper music or something, with verses, choruses, dynamics, actual singing and stuff like that. Some twists and turns keep things fresh as it largely fits into that classic indie grunge template we all know and love. Rewind your mind to the time of the Pixies, Superchunk, grunge, plaid shirts, the movie Singles, Knightmare, salmonella scares, terrestrial telly, John Major. The jangling s kept to a minimum and there is a stripped down-ness to it that keeps this short and sweet at five minutes. Job done. An absolute gem of a band, yet to put a foot wrong.
