The words ‘no-fi punk/garage’ on the promo sheet certainly strike a chord as I spin this. The production is minimalistic with the vocals indecipherable. Normally I love this sort of thing but Bazooka have a dirty rock n’ roll vibe going on which does little for me. Solid chords, I don’t atually mind the vocals, but it is essentially a noisy mess that can’t be saved even by its tongue in cheek lyrics.
