Man, the guitar tone when this kicks in. They have it nailed, it’s one of my favourite punk sounds – that Leatherface gone a bit emo thing that Snuffy Smiles bands did, and French emo bands kind of did too. The vocals let this first song down a bit unfortunately, they are all over the shop, but the rest is tight as fuck. Wish the guy was crying like he was in Mainspring or something as this would be totally emo. Solid anyway. The “b-side” “Dismantled” though steps things up a notch, it is just a perfect UK melodic punk blazer. The guitars gallop off to the races, love this sound so much. Classic stuff and worth more than a few spins for sure.
