A maniacal Mickey Mouse creature greats the listener of this CD; or, more realistically, it’s a message about government/city fact cats. Hailing from Sweden, Tear Them Down do a very good impression of Celtic punk, whether it’s intentional or not I do now know. Fast paced, catchy and heartfelt, it avoids being gimmicky and manages to be relentless but not too samey. ‘Oh, The Irony’ is a nice acoustic number to mix things up. It feels a little bit Anti-Flag at times in that a message is being forced down your throat, but overall this feels honest and decent.
