More goodness here from Odd Box. This is two songs from a newish London band with a healthy appreciation for 90s bands like Lush and The Breeders. I’d say they like 80s stuff too as there is a post punk slant to this that nods to that earlier era. “No Moon” is an infectious number – guitars are jangly and Silvi’s vocals are light, confident and airy. What a great song. Over on side B, “Dream On, Baby Blue” is another good one although “No Moon” is certainly the main attraction here for me. This is definitely a band that’s worth looking out for.
