Another cracking 7″ from Canuck punks Pity. This one’s catchier and perhaps even terser than its predecessor but possessed of the exact same volatile, kick-in-the-nuts energy that sees ’em hollering, howling and hooting with an unhinged sense of joy that borders on something violent. At times I’m thinking of a garage punk Poison Idea, at others early-days Fucked Up spliced with latterday Career Suicide, but either way it’s all good, all cool and as immediate a punk rock punch to the face as you could possibly hope to find.
