Labels: What’s for Breakfast?
Review by: Andy Malcolm
Four tracks here of fast and rocking melodic punk rock. The recording really has a delicious live feel, like they just got the band together and belted out everything and that was that, no fucking around required, nailed it in one. I can totally visualise/auralise (you wot?!) them destroying it in Death by Audio (RIP). This is entirely the kind of rock music that I would want to blaze out and I feel that a 9 track 20 minute LP would be a thing I would listen to a whole lot. “Home” is my favourite on this recording, absolutely frenetic and with wild snotty vocals and plenty of woooah-woooahs. Plus the guitar and bass on “Flight” kinda reminds me of Moss Icon (sorry, as I say in every review of non emo bands : every record ever reminds me of emo).
Get on this, it’s a banger.
