Oh great, more recordings of machinery, thanks Andy. JT Whitfield plays droney noise that reminds me of the nightmare scenes in Eraserhead. Though, as with Grozny Penthouse, it sort of turns into music a few minutes into track one. There’s a pretty cool drum beat and the white noise kind of makes a tune. Track two is the same sort of thing, as is track three, as is track four. Sorry, I’m struggling to describe the nuances; every “song” would be a good soundtrack to a game where you’re stuck in some horrendous dungeon and can’t get out.
I’d understand if there was just one person doing this in the name of art but there seem to be loads of bands. Who seriously sits down in the evening or travels to work and plays this??
