Duct Hearts are a band that have been around for a good while and have, in my view, tended to fly under the radar. They play such an interesting style that is unique and they’ve nailed it on this LP. There are plenty of post-rock type instrumental passages where the guitars, rooted in punk, strum away. It’s gentle, as soft vocals join in in a nearly haunting fashion. Such a well put together LP.
