Good Morning are like a cross between Beach Fossils and a Static Cult band. Two guys from Australia playing simple but effective indie rock on a 4 track. I’m in. With nineteen songs on the digital release (13 of them released on vinyl) the quality is obviously not as high as it could have been if they’d, say, picked the best ten. ‘Wednesday’ is a highlight, with a slight Weezer feel, as is ‘Cab Deg’, which perhaps has the strongest link to Captured Tracks. Keep it up.
