Has to be indie pop with a name like Cozy Slippers. And it is! Also, I love slippers. You can’t really wear them in Queensland though as it’s far too hot. What a shame! Five songs of jangly, wistful pop here with nice vocal harmonies intertwining throughout. Lyrically everything is nostalgic. “En Francais” with its keyboard riff and handclaps is a lovely song. It’s between that song and “Back and Forth” for me for standout track here.
