Surging, ragged, unruly stuff that hits a sweet spot somewhere between noise-rock and the current wave of blistered Spanish punk. The riffs are simpleminded to the point of absolute vacuity, but delivered with such a sense of dead-eyed determination that it’s impossible to remain a bystander. The liquid thump pulls you in and the dangerous, deranged vocals keep you pinned down … a roiling, air-stealing experience that quickly and unexpectedly tips from being exhilarating to flat-out terrifying.
