Lonely Grave deal in hectic, grinding horror of a type that sounds both classic and timely. The relentless speed and ferocious delivery suggest everything from Extreme Noise Terror to Dead In The Dirt, while the disintegrating edges and washes of noise hint at acts like Unyielding Love or Full Of Hell. There’s a roundness to the edges that prevents ‘Craterface’ from being world-endingly devastating, but these eleven tracks nevertheless suggest no small amount of ugly, snarling promise.
