Short burst of feral hc done just right. Discharge is a clear touchstone, as is the dense, meaty sound of Bastard, but despite the well-worn parameters any charges of plagiarism get booted into touch by the subtly off-kilter choices that run alongside the brazen stomp. Weird rhythmic tricks, wildly wayward soloing and the barking of dogs all add to the near-psychedelic clamour, rendering this one more nuanced and far harder to pin down than the initial adrenalin rush might lead you to expect.
