Labels: Rat Patrol

Following on from a fine if muddy-sounding demo, TDOHM finally put out a local record on a local label for local people, but really, anyone could and should take something from this. An immensely satisfying blend of chugging crush (courtesy of the serviceable rhythm section) and hazy progginess (courtesy of the exemplary guitar work), the band rolls on at just the right tempo, creating a dense, heady Krautrocking repetition that is hard to resist. I like the surprisingly minimalist approach to the arrangement (which even extends to the artwork) that keeps things stripped down. This is limited to 200 copies, so get going.
