Labels: Sound Devastation
Review by: Kunal Nandi
Formerly known as Tear Gas And Plate Glass, the Dick brothers from up North have retooled themselves from their demo days with an equally unwieldy moniker (quite an achievement in itself) and a real-life drummer (who usefully lives in a completely separate country). The songs have moved on from heftily catchy aggro-stoner to something much cleverer, flowing with a delicate complexity, but still possessing plenty of crunch when the song calls for it. The songs are pretty long but it hardly feels like it.
