This is not good. The band riff away – never faster than mid-tempo – while the singer shouts pseudo-macho, ‘life lesson’-type lyrics like “stand up, stand tall, open up and don’t keep your mouth shut”. I understand that a lot of the meatheads who listen to ‘jock’ hardcore do it for the breakdowns… but there aren’t any breakdowns here either, just a brief solo or two scattered around! This is an absolute miss; I can’t imagine anyone listening to this unless they play in, or related to, the band. Pointless.
