UK screamo….alright what have you got! A nice clean intro track, followed by three tracks of differing merits. The second and last tracks follow the current (disappointing) trend of just playing really fast drums over heavy handed hardcore, and the vocals are on the beefy side. Track three though is great – Orchid style chords, a nice breakdown and build up, and doesn’t get boring even though it hits three minutes. There are some good ideas here, but there are also some Holy Roar-isms that make my stomach churn. One to watch, although if this is actually a hardcore band that has accidentally hit some screamo riffs out then maybe not.
