Daskinsey4 - So Appropriate - LP (2015)

Labels: Tadpole – Tuff Enuff Records
Review by: Nerida

So Appropriate is Daskinsey4’s first LP, and includes 8 tracks of sweet melodic indie pop punk. With the vocals reminiscent of 90’s indie bands like Lush and Sleeper, bitter sweet lyrics and catchy choruses, plus melodies that could draw comparisons to modern bands like Martha and Colour Me Wednesday, this album is moulded into an almost faultless beautiful pop record (not to mention the great artwork).

With this record beginning with a more polished version of Broken Legs that also opened there previous record Bent Coppers, Daskinskey4 have seemingly found their sound, and crafted it into this well rounded little package for your ears. A very enjoyable listen.
