Laudably ambitious attempt to musically interpret each of the twenty-four Nordic runes. Cue much rolling drum, lilting flute, chiming harps, baritone voices singing about wolves (presumably) and various other vaguely cinematic noises.
I’ve not seen Game of Thrones but I should imagine the members of Wardruna might be fans of it, either that or they’re actually Vikings from the ninth century.
I award this four disembodied heads on sticks, out of a possible five.
