Four fun tracks of lively indie / punk from this Brighton two piece. Regal Cheer have an infectious, youthful energy across this tape, with some great snotty vocals from both members. Everything is short and to the point, it reminds me of bands like Teenage Cool Kids, just kicking off and spilling out these snappy little sub-two minute gems. I’m rather taken with it and they are hoping to tour later this year, I can bet they are itching to get out and play these songs to an audience as they deserve to be heard, I think they’d come across great in a live environment. That’s assuming I can remember what that was like.
