Continuing to plough their fruitful furrow of Krautrocking Sabbath jams, London’s Hey Colossus come staggering back doing pretty much the same thing as they were doing before, only bigger, bolder and better. The riffs are catchier, and there’s more control over the drunkenly monged atmosphere, meaning songs spin out for longer without getting dull. This time round, the line-up’s augmented by a fifth member doing noise stuff, usually a superficially pointless manoeuvre, but here it works totally.
