These guys were given a bunch of money for some reason. They should probably give it back, lest they be sent to prison for daylight robberty. Shortwave Fade bore their way through two tedious pop rock songs, with piano, vocals and guitars. Big, sweeping, atmospheric guff that is somewhere between Sundays Best and Coldplay. Christ, now there is some electro bits. This band is ready made for nodding / waving / jumping about to at the 300 different festivals they will surely play next summer. I will not be seeing you there.
